About the Project
In December, Alt Sound became the technical partner of a large-scale New Year’s Eve corporate party at the Reception House. The event was attended by 500 guests. The client’s order was to create a real festive atmosphere - memorable, vital and designed to detail. The program includes guest stars, show performances, a live band and an interactive presenter.
The Important Issues for the Client
  • To decorate the classic space with light and LED solutions, so that the venue looked elegant and vital.
  • Emphasize the festive theme not only with decor, but also with lighting design.
  • Make a spectacular presentation of the artists and the presenter.
  • Maintain high-quality sound throughout the venue, regardless of the location of the stage and dance floor.
What We Delivered
  • Built a stage featuring a large LED screen integrated with retro-inspired decorative elements.
  • Installed a screen in addition, in the back of the venue for visual balance and broadcast.
  • Designed a lighting show using moving-head fixtures, lasers, and full-room architectural lighting that illuminated the venue’s dome.
  • Added special effects: confetti, beam lighting, gobo projections, and disco balls for final accents.
  • Provided professional sound solution for live performances, interactive and background music during the event.
Result
  • The venue was completely transformed, with lighting and video content defining the atmosphere of the event.
  • Each performance of the artists was accompanied by a spectacular presentation – light, sound, and special effects worked synchronously.
  • The dance floor remained active throughout the evening, and the guests were constantly photographed against the background of light installations and screens.
  • The event ran flawlessly: high-quality installation, confident activity on the venue, enthusiastic feedback from the client and guests.
