The wedding took place at Kok Tobe Hall, a banquet hall in Almaty designed for large events and capable of hosting of up to 500 guests. This is a modern venue with flexible zoning and convenient logistics. Alt Sound is the official technical partner of Kok Tobe Hall, as well as a number of other venues in the city. This allows us to take into account the specifics of the location in advance and plan the equipment for a specific scenario as accurately as possible.

The client, a well-known blogger and professional football player, contacted the agency with one clear request:
“Make it spectacular, but keep it within a realistic budget.”

The technical part was completely new to him. Like many private clients, he initially assumed that the venue included the entire technical support. Staging, lighting, professional sound, and equipment for the artists turned out to be an unexpected but interesting part of the process for him.
We joined not based on recommendations, but as a technical partner of the venue and became part of the overall project team.

The work process was organized in conjunction with the organizer:
— she was in communication with the client,
— we were responsible for technical part: zoning, equipment, integration with the event timeline and decor.

Our goal was to implement an atmosphere inherent in the concept, while maintaining clarity, reliability and aesthetics.

Welcome Lounge is the place where guests gathered before the banquet. We provided a balanced background music and appropriate lighting that enhanced the space without overwhelming it.

Outdoor Ceremony – a dedicated sound system ensured every guest could clearly hear the important part of the ceremony. The lighting helped to maintain a sense of lightness and solemnity.

The Ballroom is the centerpiece of the celebration. A complete event production package was organized in the ballroom:

• multi-zone professional sound,
• stage and show lighting,
• architectural lighting for decor,
• screen,
• Special effects: fog guns, confetti and sparkulars.

Sparkulars are safe spark fountains that create a spectacular effect of entering the stage, but without fire and smoke. We synchronized all the special effects with the event timeline to enhance the impression, but not to overload the celebration visually.

This idea was inspired by the groom himself. After seeing a trend on social media, he wanted a nonstandard entrance. Together with the organizer, we have worked out a technical solution:
— we used a riser (a mobile stage platform),
— we designed it according to the concept of the celebration,
— we rolled it out at the right moment to the music, lighting and special effects.

This was the highlight of the celebration and an event that all the guests remembered. The client himself later shared that it was one of the most powerful moments of the event for him.

Guests praised the elegant production, seamless event flow, and premium atmosphere that felt luxurious without being excessive. The client himself admitted that he did not expect how much technology affects perception. The organizers emphasized that it is convenient to work with Alt Sound noting that every stage of the project was delivered on schedule, exactly as planned.

• The technical contractor must be involved at early stage, so that all the equipment works as one cohesive mechanism with the decor and event timeline.
• Lighting is not a decorative option, but the basis of the atmosphere. Saving on it is a direct risk of ruining the celebration.
• The “one team” format, consisting of organizer + decorator + technical partner is the most effective model for complicated events.
