Alt Sound provided technical support for a private event for 30 people, which took place in the mountains, at an isolated private venue.
The event was ordered by a private person.
An important element of the program is the performance of an international artist.

The main goal is to create the atmosphere of a full-fledged show in a small hall, without losing the quality of sound, light and visual effects. The space was limited and not designed for large-scale production, but the client’s expectations were exceptionally high.

Our team needed to:

• adapt the equipment for a small space,
• ensure maximum comfort for guests,
• maintain a balance between system power and visual aesthetics,
• take into account the specifics of the artist’s performance.

Alt Sound managed the event's entire technical part:

• Sound and lighting equipment adapted to the venue’s compact layout.
• LED screens and backline equipment for the artist’s performance.
• Special Effects:

– fog guns (cold smoke for accents),
– confetti,
– sparkulars (spark fountains, safe for indoor use).

The venue was not designed to locate such a volume of equipment.
To solve this challenge, we used an external generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply and avoid any failures of the equipment.
