Alt Sound provided technical support for a wedding party, which took place in the Reception House involving 200 guests.
The project was commissioned by Almaz from Boomerang Event Agency, one of our long-standing partners, and we understand the agency’s production standards.

Lighting was the defining element of this project. Rather than simply illuminating the venue, it needed to enhance the decor, creating a cohesive atmosphere.
The visual challenge was to make the venue postcardlike: soft, volumetric light, proper accents and a good picture in photos and videos.
The event also demanded flawless timing throughout the celebration, including the bride’s entrance and the movement between different parts of the celebration. The Alt Sound team traditionally works strictly according to the script, without going beyond the schedule.

The following equipment was involved in the venue:

• Lighting equipment – for the ballroom, stage and key visual accents;
• LED screens fully integrated into the event’s visual design;
• Stage equipment – including a podium and stage design elements;
• Microphones – for the presenter and the ceremonial part;
• Low-lying fog was used at certain moments to enhance the atmosphere.
